    Uploaded images are stored for analysis purposes and used solely by AI models to provide ingredient recognition and recipe generation functionality. Images are not sold or used for independent marketing purposes.

    If you request deletion of your account, associated personal information will be deleted from active systems within 15 days of the request, unless retention is required by applicable law.

  • Logs & Diagnostic Data:

    Technical logs, diagnostic data, and system monitoring information are retained for up to 30 days for security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring purposes.

  • Backups:

    Deleted data may remain in secure encrypted backup systems for up to 30 additional days before permanent deletion through routine backup purging processes.


 

5. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

Recipe AI does not sell or rent personal information.

Recipe AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded images and generate recipe suggestions.

Image analysis and AI-generated responses are powered in part by OpenAI.

Uploaded images and related content may be transmitted to third-party service providers solely for the purpose of providing App functionality.

We do not sell your images or personal information.

We do not use your uploaded images to train our own independent AI models.

Third-party AI providers process data in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

Information may be disclosed:

  • To third-party service providers engaged to support the operation of the App (such as analytics or cloud infrastructure services)

  • Where required or authorized by law

  • Where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Recipe AI or users

 

6. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

By using the App, you consent to such transfers.
