4.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription pricing, features, and availability are displayed in the App and may vary by location and platform.

 

4.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration (monthly or yearly)
   

• Your account will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account at the end of each billing period
   

 

4.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed exclusively by Apple or Google, not by Recipe AI

• We do not store or process your payment information
   

• Charges are billed to your App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase
   

 

4.4 Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:

• The free trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
   

• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased
   

 

4.5 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings:

• Apple App Store:
  Account → Subscriptions
   

• Google Play Store:
  Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
   

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

 

4.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled solely by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Recipe AI does not have the ability to issue refunds or credits for purchases made through the App Store or Google Play.

 

4.7 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any changes will:

4.8 No Guarantee of Results

Subscription access does not guarantee:

4.9 Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to subscription features if:

4.10 Subscription Management

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Ingredient recognition is performed using artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect

• The App may misidentify ingredients, fail to detect allergens, or overlook spoilage, contamination, or expiration

• Recipes and cooking steps are AI-generated suggestions only, not professional instructions

You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients, quantities, cooking methods, and food safety.

 

6. Food Safety, Allergies, and Dietary Disclaimer

The App:

• Does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, or allergen-safe advice

• Does not guarantee recipes are safe for individuals with food allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions

You are solely responsible for:

• Checking ingredient labels

• Avoiding allergens

• Ensuring food is safe to consume

• Proper food handling, storage, preparation, and cooking

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns, consult a qualified professional before using the App.

 

7. Personal Safety Disclaimer

USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cooking involves inherent risks, including cuts, burns, fires, choking hazards, and other injuries
